Land Derived Waste

Coastwatch acts in collaboration with other NGOs in attempting to limit the volumes of land derived waste entering our oceans. This entails working with Local Government and Metro authorities, amongst others, to ensure that the Reduce, Reuse, Recycle mantra is upheld.

Waste includes sewage and effluent, Industrial waste and solid waste.
